Pizza love!

It was Mothers Day last Sunday and one of our relative is celebrating her birthday on the same day. She invited us to go to their place in Sala, somewhere in Tanauan, and have lunch there. Instead of me treating my mama, I told her that we should just go to our cousin's birthday since they haven't seen each other for a while too. hehe...

I had a long chit-chat with my brother, cousins and new friends there when my brother suddenly asked me and my guy cousin to watch THOR. Actually we planned to watch that movie a week before, of course it was postponed during the last minute...! Anyway, we texted our other friends if they want to come, and so before 5pm we were there in Waltermart Tanauan.

Me,brother, crush, cousin and the girlfriend watched Thor together. ^_^

That Sunday was supposed to be my pizza-making day with crush and whoever friends. But since he came along to the movie, we moved our pizza-making day to Monday.

So Monday came, he asked me to help him make their dinner first before making pizza. I brought the ingredients and he was the one who mixed it to make our pizza dough! He tried to make it into a heart-shape crust but when I checked it, it's not balance because the other sides are thin or thick! haha! So, I just ruined his heart... Sorry! But I really want that heart-shape pizza...! :)

Since I cannot make that heart-shape crust again, I just made an oval pizza! (corny me) hehe... We poured the pizza sauce and put the toppings. At last, our pizza is ready to be cooked!

When we were about to slice our pizza, it turned out that the dough didn't rise well. We forgot that we must leave the dough for a while and let it rise for about 5-15minutes. (the mother commented after trying our product) Anyway, it was like a thin crust pizza, which is yummy, but a little hard to bite. HAHAHA!

In short, we planned to make another pizza sometime this week or next week...
